Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before ordering from Two Daffodils Embroidery [ http://www.twodaffy.com]  website.

 

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the our website.

 

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

 

Purchases

 

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the store , you will be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your Name, Address, Contact Information and Payment Information.

Custom Orders

​

All custom orders will be invoiced to the purchaser/requester.  All payment is due no later than (NLT) 30 days after invoice.  Any invoice not paid, the order will be cancelled after 30 calendar days.  All work on the order will not begin until payment is made in full (this includes the ordering of merchandise and the application of the design).

IMPORTANT:  All customer orders must be signed off /approved by the customer when payment is sent.  Once payment has been received, the merchandise will be order and design work applied.  No more changes will be permitted to the order.  Any changes to the order after payment is received will cause work to stop on the order and customer will be responsible for any decorated merchandise.

 

Payment

Payment in full is expected at time of purchase any online merchandise.  Shoppers will be directed to a payment page once items are added to the cart.

Changes

 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
